Welcome to Save Sora. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 5, govern your access to and use of our AI video generation platform (the "Service"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
- SaveSora is an AI video generation platform powered by third-party models including, without limitation, Google Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, and OpenAI Sora 2.
- AI generation features consume credits purchased via one-time packs or subscription plans, and produce new video content from user-provided prompts and reference inputs.
- We are an independent third-party service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Kuaishou, ByteDance, FAL, or any other model provider.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service.
- You must not be barred from receiving services under applicable law, and must not be located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions that would prohibit the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you.
3. Accounts, Credits, and Payments
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Credits are non-transferable. Subscription credits apply only within their stated billing cycle unless the plan expressly states otherwise.
- All fees are described on the pricing page and processed by our payment provider. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Use of Service
- You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Subject to Section 5 and applicable third-party model licenses, you retain rights to prompts you submit and outputs you generate, and you grant us a limited license to process, store, and moderate that content as necessary to operate the Service.
- You are solely responsible for all content you generate, download, publish, or distribute through the Service.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is a binding part of these Terms. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of unused credits, and reporting to law enforcement.
5.1 Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to generate, upload, prompt for, download, store, or distribute any of the following:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (not-safe-for-work) content of any kind, including but not limited to photorealistic or illustrated nudity, sexual acts, genitalia, fetish content, sexually suggestive or provocative imagery, and erotica. This prohibition applies whether the subjects are real, fictional, human, anthropomorphic, or AI-generated.
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, or content that could reasonably be perceived as depicting minors in a sexual context. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy and will report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfake nudity, sexual content, or intimate depictions of real or identifiable persons generated without their verifiable, express, and informed consent.
- Depictions of real persons (including public figures, celebrities, politicians, and private individuals) in defamatory, harassing, deceptive, sexually suggestive, or otherwise harmful contexts, or in any context that infringes their publicity, privacy, or personality rights.
- Graphic violence, gore, torture, animal cruelty, or content depicting or glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
- Terrorism, violent extremism, or content that promotes, incites, or provides instructions for violent acts, including the recruitment or support of designated terrorist organizations.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content, including scams, phishing material, impersonation of real persons or organizations, forged documents, fake identification, and synthetic media intended to deceive (including election-related disinformation).
- Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including illegal drugs, unregulated firearms or weapons, human trafficking, or the exploitation of vulnerable persons.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or publicity rights of any third party.
- Malware, exploits, or content engineered to compromise, disable, or gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account.
- Personal or sensitive data of others (doxxing), including addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, financial information, or other private information disclosed without authorization.
- Any other content prohibited by applicable law or by the terms of the underlying model providers (Google, OpenAI, Kuaishou, FAL, and others).
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the technical limitations, rate limits, credit system, or content filters of the Service.
- Do not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service or generate content at scale without our prior written consent.
- Do not resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise provide the Service to third parties as a substitute for their own paid access.
- Do not share account credentials, create accounts to evade suspension, or abuse promotional credits.
- Do not harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate other users, our staff, or third parties.
- Do not interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or any connected infrastructure.
6. AI-Generated Content
- Your responsibility. You represent and warrant that every prompt, reference image, and other input you submit, and every output you generate, download, publish, or distribute, complies with Section 5 and all applicable laws. You assume all risk and responsibility for the use of AI outputs.
- Ownership and license. Subject to Section 5, our content moderation rights, and the license terms of the underlying model provider, you own the outputs you generate via the Service. We make no claim of ownership over your prompts or compliant outputs.
- Disclosure of AI origin. When you publish or distribute AI-generated content outside the Service, you are responsible for any disclosure required by applicable law (for example, synthetic-media labeling laws). We encourage clear disclosure that content is AI-generated.
- No warranty of originality or fitness. AI outputs may inadvertently resemble existing works, contain inaccuracies, or be unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights or mislead others.
- Provenance and logging. We may embed or attach provenance signals (including C2PA metadata or watermarks) to generated videos, and we retain prompts, outputs, and related logs for moderation, safety, billing, and legal compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Failed generations. Due to the probabilistic nature of AI models, we cannot guarantee the quality or acceptability of any specific output. Refund eligibility for failed or unsatisfactory generations is governed by our Refund Policy and the applicable product page.
7. Content Moderation and Enforcement
- We employ a combination of automated classifiers (including prompt and output safety filters from our model providers and our own systems) and human review to enforce Section 5.
- We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse to process any prompt, block or remove any output, restrict generation features, or quarantine content that we believe violates Section 5 or applicable law.
- We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account for any violation. A single confirmed violation of the zero-tolerance categories in Section 5.1 (CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, terrorism content) will result in immediate termination without refund.
- We may preserve, review, and disclose account and content information to law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities when legally required or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm, investigate violations, or comply with legal process.
8. Reporting Violations
- Report violations, abusive content, or illegal material to support@savesora.com.
- Intellectual property claims should follow the process described on our DMCA page.
- Reports concerning CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or imminent harm receive priority handling and are forwarded to the applicable authorities.
9. Content and Intellectual Property
- The SaveSora name, logo, website, interface, and proprietary technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Subject to Section 5 and the license terms of the underlying model providers, you retain rights to the prompts you submit and the AI outputs you generate via the Service. We make no claim of ownership over your compliant prompts or outputs.
- Trademarks, model names, and logos belonging to third parties (Google, OpenAI, Kuaishou, ByteDance, FAL, and others) are referenced for descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Service Availability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all prompts or reference inputs.
- Availability may be affected by changes to third-party platforms, model providers, or factors beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save Sorashall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

- We are not responsible for the content, quality, legality, or consequences of AI-generated outputs or user-submitted prompts. You use the Service at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Save Sora, its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, (b) your misuse of AI outputs or any content you generate via the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Privacy and Data

14. Third-Party Services

Your use of those providers' models or services is also subject to their respective terms, content policies, and acceptable use policies.
- We are not responsible for third-party services or changes to their platforms, models, pricing, or policies.
15. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
- Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, including zero-tolerance violations of Section 5.1.
- You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service and any unused credits shall cease, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, and 17) shall survive.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.
